The last sentence should read "chill shield" instead. The Fire Shield spell specifies one of the options as a "chill shield", then changes terminology to "cold shield" in the last sentence. Medium should be replaced with "Medium or Small" to match player race size restrictions In newer printings the Clone spell now states that it grows a duplicate of a " Medium" creature where previously no restriction on creature size was present (This change is oddly not reflected in the Errata for the PHB). Heavy Armor Master reduces damage from bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from "nonmagical weapons" - "nonmagical weapons" should be replaced with "nonmagical attacks" in line with other errata. The wording should be changed from "make" to "succeed" to be consistent with other saving throws ( /u/Phylea) The Basic Poison item asks for an affected creature to make a saving throw or take damage. A line should be added that this is a Cleric spell for you ( /u/A_magic_item) The standard wording for out-of-class spells is to specify that it counts as X class spell for you. The Druid cantrip granted by the Acolyte of Nature is not specified to be a cleric spell. A line should be added to each of these indicating that they do not count against the number of known cantrips. , 62, 68 - Light Cleric's Bonus Cantrip, Nature Cleric's Acolyte of Nature, and Land Druid's Bonus Cantrip, don't specify that they don't count against the number of cantrips known, while other similar features do. A spellcasting ability should be specified for these spells.
Spirit Seeker and Spirit Walker grant the ability to cast spells without granting a spellcasting ability. Additionally I added a suggested errata, and credit to the user that submitted the error. There have been a few new books since then, so I'm certain there are a few new errors too. From the list posted last year only one error found was fixed in official errata.
